Sometimes through choice, sometimes through necessity, most of us will at various times need help in one form or another. Knowing where, what and how can make things a lot easier and can help you communicate your needs and avoid wasting time and getting frustrated.

We’ve tried to include services and agencies that treat drug users fairly and in a non-judgmental way. Some areas are better serviced than others. As a general rule, services that operate with a harm reduction philosophy, like needle and syringe programs, are more approachable and understanding than those that don’t.
